All applicants are to be approved by the vendor coordinators.

Vendors must display and sell only the wares approved on their application. Events in Synergy reserves the right to halt the sale of any wares deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, offensive, or unspecified in the application.

Unauthorized use or reproduction of the “Events in Synergy” logo is prohibited.

If you have any questions or concerns prior to the event, please contact the vendor coordinators at info@eventsinsynergy.ca.

Vendors are to keep their electronics out of sight, except in the case of POS devices during the event hours.

Vendor Names will be posted on each assigned area upon your arrival. If you have any questions or cannot locate your spot, please find the Vendor Coordinator on-site.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND OR PROCESS PAYMENT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE AND INVOICE EMAIL FROM EVENTS IN SYNERGY. If you send the fee before you are approved, it does not mean you have been approved and your money will be returned to you minus a 10% inconvenience fee.

Payment of your invoice is required within 48 hours of acceptance email being issued, otherwise your application will be deemed abandoned.

Applications will be accepted until spaces are full, based on first come/paid basis.

Events are proceeding rain or shine, therefore the event will NOT be cancelled nor rescheduled on account of weather. Vendors are still expected to attend the event, even if it is raining. No refunds or credits will be issued on account of weather.

Sharing of tables/spaces is limited to 2 vendors per space, once approved by the vendor coordinators. It must be stated on your application that there will be more than one vendor in your space.

Events in Synergy and its organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods before, during, or after the event.

CONDUCT: All vendors are responsible for ensuring they comply with the law and other regulations. Any misconduct towards staff or fellow vendors before, during or during the event will result in forfeiting your spot automatically.

SECURITY: It is the responsibility of the vendor to secure wares against theft and vandalism. Never leave money or high-priced valuables unattended. You are responsible for keeping your table staffed during the hours of the event.

INSURANCE: Events in Synergy will have its own “Commercial Liability” insurance, but it doesn’t cover you or your merchandise/wares. We require you to either carry insurance for the event and provide us with the Insurance Company Name and Policy Number to validate OR you can complete our insurance waiver, if you wish.

PARKING: Vehicles and trailers must be moved ASAP to the designated vendor parking area after unloading. NO vehicle or trailer will be allowed to remain outside the designated vendor parking area under any circumstances.

GARBAGE: Your site/booth is your responsibility. Please return your area to the original condition you found it. Vendors leaving garbage to be cleaned up by staff will be charged a cleanup deposit for future events.

SET UP & LATE ARRIVAL: Setting up in an unapproved spot will result in being told to move your booth. Vendors are to set up only in the space they are allotted. You must not encroach on another vendor’s space. Vendors are to arrive in sufficient time to be fully set up by the start of the event. If a vendor arrives late or past the event start time, you will not be permitted to set up. Events In Synergy will not issue a refund nor event credit if you are late.

TAKE DOWN: You will stay at the event and not pack up nor leave before the official event ends. If you do indeed pack up or leave before the official end time, you understand that you will not be allowed to attend future events.
