Join us as a vendor at Northern Lights Car Show & Craft Market, happening on September 19th, 2026 at the West Niagara Fairgrounds. Vendor portion organized by Events In Synergy, this evening car show and vendor event combines dazzling lights, community fun, and a meaningful cause.

This show features a 50/50 draw and exciting raffles for a fundraiser, with proceeds benefitting retinoblastoma research (a rare, fast-growing eye cancer that develops in the retina, primarily affecting children under age 2).

We invite small businesses, artisans, crafters, and local entrepreneurs (automotive related or not) to apply.

Events In Synergy requires that  vendors have their own insurance.  You can purchase Event Insurance at DUUO Vendor Insurance, PAL Exhibitor Insurance, or Zensurance (for example).  Insurance or Waiver MUST be received prior to 10 days before the event.  The Venue, Events In Synergy, Lisa Hamilton, and Hannelore (Lori) Cooke, must be named as additional insured with a minimum of 2 million liability (please submit a copy of "Proof of Insurance" within 10 days of acceptance if you choose to purchase it).

Niagara Public Health Requirements:

Each food vendor (whether they are preparing foods on-site or selling pre-packaged foods) must complete an online application form and receive approval from Niagara Region Public Health and Emergency Services to be able to participate at special events in Niagara.

Approved food vendors will receive a letter confirming their eligibility to participate at special events in Niagara for the calendar year.  Food vendors should have this letter readily available during inspections.   

Food vendors that do not complete the online application form and receive written approval are not permitted to participate at special events in Niagara.  You MUST provide Events In Synergy with the following information and documentation within 35 days of the event date:
