We’re thrilled to have you interested in joining us as a non-profit organization or charity at one (or more!) of our local events to help you with fundraising!

Our mission is to unite creators and consumers in a vibrant social atmosphere while supporting meaningful causes in our community. We host vendor events, craft fairs, artisan markets, and fundraisers throughout the Niagara Falls to Burlington region, providing organizations like yours with a platform to raise funds, increase awareness, and connect with the community.

Additional Information:

  1. Your application must be approved by Events In Synergy to be accepted.  You will receive an email from us (please ensure you check your spam/junk folders)

  2. Events In Synergy reserves the right to halt the “fundraiser” portion of our  event for unsuitable, inappropriate and/or offensive language and or/behaviour.

  3. Unauthorized use or reproduction of the “Events In Synergy” logo is prohibited.

  4. If you have any questions or concerns, prior to the event, please contact us at 289-684-0246 or by email to:  info@eventsinsynergy.ca.

  5. Organizations are to keep their electronics out of sight, except in the case of POS devices during the event hours.

  6. Organizations MUST arrive, set up and be ready to go by event start time, otherwise you may not be allowed to set up.

  7. Events In Synergy and its organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods before, during, or after the event.

  8. SECURITY:  It is the responsibility of the Organization to secure wares, electronics, displays, etc from theft and vandalism.  Never leave money or high priced valuables unattended.  You are responsible for keeping your space staffed during the hours of the event.

  9. INSURANCE:  Events In Synergy will have its own “Commercial Liability” insurance, but it doesn’t cover you or your merchandise/wares.  We require you to carry insurance for the event and provide us with a “Certificate of Insurance” prior to the event, listing Events In Synergy, Lisa Hamilton, Hannelore (Lori) Cooke and the venue as additional insured.

  10. PARKING:  Vehicles and trailers must be moved ASAP to the designated Vendor/Organization parking area after unloading.  No vehicle or trailer will be allowed to remain outside the designated parking area under any circumstances.

  11. GARBAGE:  Your site/booth is your responsibility.  Please return your area to the original condition you found it.  Vendors/Organizations leaving garbage to be cleaned up by staff will be charged a cleanup deposit for future events.

  12. SET UP:  Setting up in an unapproved spot will result in you being told to move your booth.

Terms and Conditions:

By applying to be Nonprofit/Charity fundraiser Organization, you are accepting and agreeing to the following terms:

  1.  I agree that any of my/our products may be photographed and used for promotional purposes in current or any upcoming or future Events In Synergy events.

  2. I understand that the event hosts are not responsible for sales volumes and are unable to guarantee site traffic.

  3. I understand that Organizations will be solely financially responsible for any damages occurring to their products before, during and after the event.

  4. I understand that the hosts reserve the right to cease Organization participation if deemed necessary.

  5. I understand that in  the unlikely circumstances that the event is cancelled, the Organization will not be responsible for any loss of income and there will be no compensation from Events In Synergy.

  6. I hereby release and forever discharge Events In Synergy, its employees and/or volunteers from any responsibility from claims, loss or damage.

By submitting this application electronically, I (the applicant, and any support I enlist the day of the event) agree to comply with all Events In Synergy’s terms, conditions, and regulations/expectations.
